Sarah MacPherson
Sarah MacPherson is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered HR professional with over 25 years’ experience as an in-house and external consultant. Sarah began her career in NHS Human Resources where she covered all areas of HR practice. After gaining post-graduate qualifications in Occupational Psychology, HR Management and Stress Management, Sarah then spent five years at Commercial Union and the Post Office’s Employee Health Services designing and delivering talent assessment and development initiatives.
Since then, Sarah has spent over 18 years as an external consultant with a broad portfolio of public sector, professional services and blue-chip multi-national client organisations, where she has built on her expertise in the area of talent assessment and development. She also has extensive experience of leadership development and executive coaching having led high profile projects in these areas. Sarah’s research and development interests include cross cultural differences in leadership styles, diversity and innovation, resilience and leadership derailment.

Dawn Holberton
Dawn’s a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 30 years’ consultancy experience with Personnel Decisions (PDI), CGR Business Psychologists and as an independent consultant. Dawn has experience within a variety of client organisations spanning most sectors and has worked nationally and globally. She has project managed, designed and run a range of talent assessment and development related projects to support businesses’ ability to recruit and grow talented teams.
At PDI Dawn took an active role in assisting business growth in the UK and helped to set up a new office in the Midlands. She successfully led a team of five consultants and was the European Head of 360 degree feedback, one of the biggest products and services offered by PDI at the time. At CGR Dawn managed other psychologists and mentored junior psychologists towards chartered status.

Sarah Law
Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who passionately believes in the benefits to both people and organisations of applying psychology at work. She has worked independently for over 20 years and has a
particular focus on leaders at all levels and the impact they have on the culture of their teams and their organisations. Sarah takes a system wide perspective to challenges and constantly seeks to align the many different strands of activity that take place in organisations and communities with their over-arching purpose. She relishes keeping up with current thinking and draws from multiple schools of psychological thought, including complexity theory and neuroscience, when developing interventions for clients.
Sarah has worked successfully both as an individual and as part of a team of like-minded consultants on many different projects, in a range of sectors. These have included health, oil, construction, rail, technology, motor, branding and pharmaceutical industries. All of her work is designed to deliver a measurable, positive impact on the system, primarily through systemic leadership and culture development. Client feedback is consistently around how innovative, enjoyable and practical her sessions are.
