My approach when working with you

My background in business psychology provides me with the right knowledge and techniques to help people to understand themselves better within the context of their life, their organization, their role and their career or life goals.

I help individuals to define a personal plan for sustainable change, drawing on tools such as personality questionnaires, 360 degree feedback and direct observation as well as my experience of management and leadership in businesses and Executive Teams.
